1 General Terms

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account at 55 rr. Accounts registered with false information may be terminated at any time, and any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual may only open one account.
• The same mobile number, email address, or bank account cannot be used for more than one account.

Account Verification (KYC)

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier and VIP status.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

55 rr regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and compliance is mandatory. Failure to meet bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with a Wagering Requirement (WR), meaning you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a WR of 10x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagers placed at low odds (generally below 1.50) may not count toward wagering requirements.
• 55 rr reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity at 55 rr. These rules are equally applicable to Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 55 rr reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets associated with suspicious activity or match-fixing will be voided.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be displayed and you can decide how to proceed. 55 rr is not liable for any disruption caused by internet connectivity issues.

Maximum Win Limit

Each bet has a maximum win limit, which may vary by sport and event. Contact our support team for more details.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 55 rr. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false information to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the site for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the site's security systems.
• Fraudulent conduct or harassment of other members.
• Attempting to complete the KYC process using a false or fake identity.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

If a member wishes to close their own account

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

10 Dispute Resolution

Complaints Process
